The client operated a growing coworking network across three Dubai locations and was struggling to manage member accounts, meeting room bookings, and invoicing across disconnected systems. They needed a unified member experience built on the Nexudus ecosystem, with custom features not available in the standard product.
Solution
Duvision360 built a white-labelled member portal on top of the Nexudus API, adding custom features including: multi-location pass management, corporate billing with cost-centre allocation, and a Slack integration for community announcements.
