Kurum Group operated six business units with fragmented digital identities and disconnected internal systems. Each unit had its own website, some outdated by years. Management needed a unified brand architecture, a central web portal, and internal tools that could serve all divisions — without disrupting ongoing operations.
Solution
Duvision360 designed a master brand system with consistent visual guidelines applied across all subsidiaries. We built a centralised web platform on a headless CMS, enabling each division to manage their own content while sharing a unified design system. Custom modules were developed for the invoice portal, lead tracking, and internal communications. The rollout took 14 weeks across all units.
